That summer he started helping with the summer swim team program which led to volunteering at the youth center. He has served on the soccer and youth center boards consistently over the past 15 years.

Other assistance provided by Williams includes software written by Williams and donated to the swim team and youth center and being a fundamental founder of the Mountain View-Birch Tree High School girls soccer team.

He is still an active volunteer for the Mountain View Family Youth Center, the Mountain View Soccer Association and the Mountain View Hurricane Swim Team.
