A crash eight miles south of Willow Springs injured four people Friday evening. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the wreck happened at 6:30 p.m. on County Road 5120 when an 18‑year‑old Willow Springs man ran a 2007 Ford Ranger off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
Two 17‑year‑old passengers — a girl from Caulfield and a boy from West Plains — suffered moderate injuries and were taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The driver and another adult male occupant had minor injuries.

The driver is facing charges of driving while intoxicated with physical injury, leaving the scene of a crash, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
