Gainesville, MO. – An 85-year-old female who was involved in a two-vehicle accident on Friday has been reported as having passed on Saturday.
The deceased is identified as Polly Ousley, 85 of Gainesville. She was driving a Chevy Impala on Highway 160 at Highway 5 North in Gainesville, and failed to yield to an oncoming Western Star 4800 semi truck.

Ousley was taken to Cox Medical Center for treatment after this 10:30am crash, but succumbed to her injuries on the night of Saturday, October 21st at 11:45pm. According to the official Highway Patrol Crash report, Ousley was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
