Houston, MO. – A crash in the early morning hours of September 21st has left a Springfield man recovering from serious injuries.
According to the report from Trooper C.L. Davis of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a Southbound 2019 Chevy Express Van traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The location of the crash was US 63, roughly 8 miles South of Houston.

The driver, Christopher Waldorf, 35 of Springfield, was transported to Texas County Memorial for his serious injuries, but was afterward transported via air ambulance to Mercy in Springfield.
Waldorf was charged and released to medical personnel after an investigation of the crash, where Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia were found.
