William Edward Carter

William Edward “Eddie Carter” was born on January 15, 1954 to Harley Cleveland and Ora Grace Bussell in San Angelo, Texas. Eddie departed from this life on September 22, 2022 at Shady Oaks in Thayer, Missouri.

Eddie is survived by his wife Linda Carter and four children: Jenifer Rickman, Mindi Carter, Charles Carter and Tracie Howard-Roe; three siblings: Dwain Carter, Charlotte Howard and Connie Elmore. He was proceeded in death by his parents and sister Arlen Bland, brother Roy Carter.

Eddie enjoyed watching television and was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. Eddie will be missed by his family, friends and pets.
