WEEKLY INCARCERATION REPORT

According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
 
Larry Marsh, 50 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 23rd on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant out of Baxter County.
 
Jennifer Pollard, 50 of Sidney, was arrested on September 23rd on a warrant out of Sharp County for possession of a controlled substance.
 
Donnie Qualls, 61 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 24th for terroristic threatening 1st degree.
 
Raymond Neeley, 63 of Franklin, was arrested on September 25th for violation of a protection order and a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
 
Orville Curtis, 58 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 26th for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and DWI 2nd.
 
Jerry Clements, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 26th for possession of a controlled substance and a warrant out of Sharp County for failure to appear on drug charges.
 
Austin Taylor, 36 of Williford, was arrested on September 27 on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for residential burglary and theft of property.
 
Tammy Woodhall, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 27th for careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, DWI, refusal to submit, and public intoxication.
 
Garrett Smith, 34 of Sage, was arrested on September 28th for disorderly conduct.
 
James Horton, 53 of Oxford, was arrested on September 28th and is pending formal charges related to felon in possession of firearms.
 
Christopher Arnold, 56 of Franklin, was arrested on September 29th and is pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
 
Franklin Willey, 35 of Batesville, was arrested on September 29th and is pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
