WEST PLAINS, Mo. — Missouri Governor Mike Parson will be the headline speaker for the annual Howell County Lincoln Day event Friday, February 28 at the West Plains Civic Center.
The event, which is the annual celebration of the local Republican Party, will begin with a social hour at 5:30 pm, a dinner will follow.

State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick, GOP Chairperson Kay Hoflander, State Senator Mike Cunningham, and State Representatives Robert Ross and David Evans will also be in attendance.
