Willow Springs, MO – Organizers of the Willow Springs Autism 5K have announced an important location update ahead of this Saturday’s event, originally scheduled to begin at Booster Field. Due to a major softball tournament now taking place at the field, parking, and registration logistics prompted a last-minute change to ensure participant safety and accessibility.
The new registration and starting point will now be in the parking lot in front of Good Graces and Subway on Main Street. Organizers expressed their gratitude to Gary Stolba, owner of the properties, for generously allowing use of the location on such short notice.
To accommodate local business patrons, participants are kindly asked to park behind the buildings or at the Cox Medical parking lot. Event staff will be on-site to help guide traffic and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
“We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support,” said event organizers. “We’ve had to make several adjustments due to last weekend’s weather postponement, but the community has been incredibly patient and helpful.”
Participants should look for the 20-foot yellow arch to easily find the new registration area.
The Willow Springs Autism 5K is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of inclusion, community, and support for individuals and families affected by autism. Organizers encourage everyone to come out, walk or run, and make a difference.
