Marshfield, MO. – One man was fatally injured after striking a tree in a one-vehicle crash.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the crash occurred on June 4, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., 5 miles south of Marshfield. 65-year-old David Webb was traveling southbound on Route A when he ran off the roadway and struck a tree, totaling his vehicle. He was not wearing his safety device. Webb was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash was investigated by Sergeant J. D Fugett, Corporal T.V. Mosely, and Trooper Z.C. Dudley or Troop D.
