Marion County, AR – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has launched an investigation following the discovery of a deceased woman in the Protem community.
On February 2, 2025, at approximately 12:10 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting an unresponsive female at a residence. Deputies arrived on the scene and found the woman in her bed, where they confirmed she was deceased.
The Marion County Coroner responded and officially pronounced her dead at 3:50 a.m. The coroner will transfer the body to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
A resident of the home reported that the woman had been suffering from cancer but had declined medical treatment. The deceased has been identified as Lauren K. Bradley, 35, of Protem. Her next of kin have been notified.
