Minor Seriously Injured In Ejection Crash

Lebanon, MO. – A 17-year-old male was seriously injured in an ejection crash.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the incident occurred on September 17, 2024, at 7:32 a.m., three miles east of Lebanon. The 17-year-old was driving a 2004 Dodge Dakota westbound on Highway MM when the vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway. The Dodge Dakota then overturned, ejecting the driver. He sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment. The report indicates that the teen was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
