Jefferson City, MO. – A new batch of Missouri State Highway Patrolmen have graduated from the Patrol’s Accelerated Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, October 11th.
Nine total graduates stepped forward from this ceremony, with 5 coming to our area to serve. Two will be moving to Troop D, covering the area to our west. This is Trooper Johnathan McGowin from Stockton, Missouri, and Trooper Anthony Rideout from Fair Grove, Missouri.

In Troop G, three troopers will be reporting in. This includes Trooper Nathan Bogart from Macomb, Trooper Benjamin Swink from Aspermont, Texas, and Trooper Sarah Swink, a Portales, New Mexico resident.
These new troopers will be reporting for duty in their new locations on October 21st.
