West Plains, MO. – A Thayer man was seriously injured and was flown to Springfield after colliding with a tree yesterday morning.
25-year-old Steven Holder was the driver in this incident. Holder was moving westbound along Highway 14 in Howell County when he traveled off the road, over-corrected, lost control and ended up striking a tree at roughly 10am.
The vehicle was totaled, and Holder’s injuries were severe enough to necessitate air ambulance services taking him to Cox Hospital in Springfield.
The investigator of this crash was Corporal D.L. Nash of Troop G.
