West Plains, MO. – Going into this week of October, many of the fall festivals regular to our area have come and gone, and now we’re looking to events focused on and around Halloween. On this week’s West Plains Art’s Alliance Update with Terry Hampton, we hear about one happening at the Avenue Theatre, and another at the West Plains Civic Center.
Coming up this weekend, the Avenue Theatre is putting on their movie marathon, airing horror movies of yesterday for the long-haul, scheduled for 3pm to midnight. This happened on October 19th, and the cost is $15 for all-day entry.
Lastly, this week is the last chance to see the art display by Barbara Williams at the Civic Center Mezzanine, focused on the architecture of the Ozarks. This viewing is free.
