Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports several weekend arrests.

Friday:

61-year-old Constance Buresh of Dunnelon Florida was arrested in Howell County for DWI-Drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

 

49‑year‑old Garren Davis was placed on a 24‑hour hold for felony endangering the welfare of a child and felony possession of a controlled substance. He’s also accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to signal, equipment violations, failing to affix plates, not wearing a seat belt, and driving while suspended.

 

Saturday: 

45‑year‑old Joseph Golden is on a 12‑hour hold at the Wright County Jail for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He’s also accused of driving a non‑commercial vehicle while using an electronic device, along with several equipment‑related violations.

 

42‑year‑old Daniel Johnson was arrested on a probation‑violation warrant out of Webster County for possession of a controlled substance, and a separate probation‑violation warrant out of Wright County tied to a prior armed‑robbery case. Johnson also faces new charges for failing to maintain financial responsibility and exceeding the posted speed limit. He remains in custody with no bond in the Wright County Jail.
