A Mountain Grove man was seriously injured in a single‑vehicle crash Wednesday on Highway 76, about 18 miles south of Mountain Grove.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 12:15 p.m. when a 2000 Yamaha motorcycle traveled off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and ejected the rider.

Troopers say the 34‑year‑old male driver, Stacy Collins, sustained serious injuries. He was airlifted by a Cox helicopter to Cox Medical Center South for treatment and faces charges of DWI, No Proof of Insurance, No Motorcycle Endorsement, Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle and Careless and Imprudent Driving.
