Mountain Home Man Turns Himself In; Facing Rape and Sexual Assault Charges

Mountain Home, AR. –

A man from Mountain Home has been arrested and is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center after be turned himself into law enforcement and confessed to crimes.

According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Richard Allen Druckrey, 37, was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on June 10th, on a bond of $150,000, with charges being listed as 3 counts of Rape, and 1 count of Sexual Assault – 2nd Degree.

KTLO in Mountain Home reports that Druckery showed up at the jail and confessed to crimes, where he was later booked into jail after an interview. In addition, the files in this case have been sealed as it deals with a minor.

No documents have been found on Arkansas Court Connect as of yet, and Druckery has been ordered to have no contact with the victim, or any individual under the age of 18.
