Mountain Home, AR. – A Norfork man is facing criminal charges after sending threatening messages to his daughter, intended for his incarcerated estranged wife.
Information on the probable cause affidavit states this began on Monday, November 13th, when a Baxter County Detention Center inmate advised law enforcement about the messages.
The unidentified inmate claimed that her husband, Justin Robert Foster, 41 of Norfolk, had sent several messages to his daughter threatening the death of his wife. An investigation was performed, and interviews with the daughter revealed screenshots of the messages, with one stating, “And I will kill her if she tries to divorce me.”
Foster has been charged with one felony count of Class D 1st Degree Terroristic Threatening, and a misdemeanor count of Harassment. He is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $1,890.
