West Plains, MO. – A one-vehicle crash on Friday led to the arrest of a woman wanted in Oklahoma. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred at 8:40 p.m. on Dec. 15th on Highway 14, five miles west of West Plains.
A Chevy Silverado driven by Joann Bone, age 47 of West Plains, struck a cow in the roadway, totaling the vehicle and leaving the driver with minor injuries. After being treated, Bone was taken into custody on a 24-hour hold for two felony warrants and a misdemeanor warrant out of Marshall County, Oklahoma.
Bone was wanted for distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver controlled dangerous substances.
