On 09/01/2026, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old James Nichols of West Plains on an existing Failure to Appear Howell County warrant for driving while revoked or suspended. On 09/01/2026 he was transported by West Plains Police Department to West Plains.
On 09/02/2026, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Kevin Ruth of Alton to serve court ordered time.
