WEST PLAINS, Mo. — 5th grade students at West Plains Middle School recently participated in the Socktober Sock Drive.

Students, faculty, staff and community members donated new socks to give to the Bridges Program, which helps cover food, clothing and other essentials for students in need in the West Plains and surrounding rural school districts.
