Eligibility Criteria:
· Female, 40 years or older
· No mammogram in the past year
· Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
· No implants or breast issues such as discharge, lumps, pain, or discoloration
· Never previously diagnosed with breast cancer
The Mobile Mammography Unit is equipped with state-of-the-art 3D mammogram technology, providing comprehensive examinations. Early detection significantly reduces the risk of death from breast cancer by 25-30% or more. Women are encouraged to begin annual mammograms at age 40 or earlier if at high risk.
