C7, a local toys, hobbies, and collectibles store in West Plains, has set up a donation jar where visitors can contribute spare change or cash to help cover OPR’s growing veterinary expenses. In addition, the store is collecting essential pet supplies, including bags of hard dog and cat food, cans of soft food, kitty litter, toys, leashes, collars, and more.
