WEST PLAINS-On Friday, December 18, 2020, at 11:32 PM, West Plains Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Seventh Street reference a report of shots fired. Officers were then advised that there was a possible gunshot victim at the locations.
Upon arrival, Officers located a deceased eighteen-year-old male with an apparent gunshot would to the head. Investigators are currently working the incident.
