The National Weather Service has released their latest information packet on what to expect of the coming winter storm this week, with the entire listening area being in the high liklihood range of a winter storm watch.
Most of the listening area from the West Plains area and further north are within high probability range of receiving 6-10 inches of snow, with the upper end being possible capping at around 12 inches at this time.
Past that, dangerously cold temperatures will be making a return. This will be taking place Tuesday night through to Friday. Those who do not have proper precautions set in place should make preperation a priority over the next few days, or have a plan to stay with family or friends who have a warmer residence.
