The West Plains R-VII School District Board Secretary, Erica Jones has been recognized by the Missouri School Boards Association (MSBA) as one of the first in the state to complete the new MSBA Board Secretary Academy and earn certification. The academy required Erica to attend additional hours of training and observe multiple school board meetings across the state.
