The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Rolla woman in Howell County Wednesday night. 27-year-old Sydney M. Lanus was arrested for speeding, driving while intoxicated, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. She was booked and released at the Howell County Jail.
