A Birch Tree man was seriously injured by a vehicle that was stopped, but not put into park. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that the 60-year-old man was hit by the vehicle as it rolled toward the intersection of County Road 609 and County Road 625 in Birch Tree. The man was flown by Air Evac to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
