Summersville, MO. – The Texas County Sheriff’s Department released information today outlining the arrest of a 34-year-old on indecent exposure, assaulting an officer, and more.
Joshua Bolin is being charged with 1st Degree Assault on a Special Victim, Resisting Arrest, and Sexual Misconduct, after he was found exposing himself in public, urinated in a business parking lot, and gouged at the eyes of an officer during his arrest on February 28th.

The deputy was treated and later released from a local hospital.
