Marshfield, MO. – A Marshfield motorcycle rider has been seriously injured after a two-vehicle collision on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 16th.
This crash happened on Route A, three miles South of Marshfield. The motorcycle rider was identified as Hunter Rost, 24. He was riding atop a Harley Davidson until he slowed to make a left-hand turn. The Harley was then struck by a Chevy Cruze driven by a 19-year-old Seymour driver.
Rost was inflicted with serious injuries as a result of the accident, and was transported by ground ambulance to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
The Seymour driver, identified as Ashlynn Schroeder, was not injured in the crash. Both vehicles were extensively damaged.
The investigator of this crash was Corporal T.V. Mosley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop D.
