The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Travis Keith Agy of Birch Tree, Missouri, on charges of Statutory Sodomy in the 2nd Degree. The arrest was made on Wednesday, March 18, at approximately 4:00 PM by SCSO Captain McCoy. Agy’s bond has been set at $100,000 cash or surety.
Authorities emphasize that, under the law, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
