The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Kyle Spencer Denny following a reported disturbance at Lucky’s Country Store on Saturday, March 22, at approximately 12:00 PM.
After an investigation, Sgt. Burgher arrested Denny on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a Class E felony. He has been booked into the Shannon County Jail, with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
