An updated assessment has just been received, and due to the substantial amount of rain anticipated to impact our area, as well as regions north and south of us, including several other parts of the state and Missouri, this rain event is predicted to produce nearly 10 inches of precipitation from tomorrow night through Sunday morning. As of 30 minutes ago, forecasts still indicate that our river will crest at 23 feet by 7 PM Saturday.
