A single-vehicle crash on Highway A, two miles east of Mansfield in Wright County, resulted in moderate injuries for the driver early Friday morning.
The driver, a 25-year-old female from Norwood, MO, was traveling westbound when her vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway. The SUV struck two trees and a fence before coming to a stop. Authorities reported that the driver was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.

Emergency responders transported the driver by Mercy Ambulance to Cox South Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
