West Plains, MO. – Tomorrow a small celebration will be happening in West Plains, focused on how May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
The event is called the Spring Fling Carnival, and it is being put in place by Ozarks Healthcare, and will happen in the parking lot of OzH’s BHC, or Behavioral Healthcare. The address is 1211 Porter Wagoner Boulevard. Organizers state that this event will be bringing a “carnival style extravaganza with a twist”.
In addition to food trucks, cotton candy, popcorn, and games with prizes, each BHC department will be manning a booth featuring a mental health-related theme.
This event is free to the public, and all are invited to join the festivities with friends or family, or even by yourself.
