Summersville, MO. – Fall Festival season continues in the Ozarks, and one of several events happening this weekend is taking place in Summersville, MO. It’s the yearly Pumpkin Festival, which is organized by the Summersville Chamber of Commerce.
Cathy Tuttle of the Chamber of the Commerce, talked to us about all the goings-on during the day.
The local High School choir and Band will be opening the event at 10am on Saturday with a performance of the National Anthem and more music after. Those who attend can expect other live music, craft vendors, lots of good food, and even chainsaw carving.
A car show will be held from 10am to 1pm. All participants of the car show will receive a dash plaque and 10 gifts will be awarded.

Additionally in Summersville, a Spaghetti and Chili Fundraiser is planned for the same day at the Summersville Youth Center. See information on that event below.
