Dunn, MO. – Early yesterday evening, the Texas County Sheriff’s Office issued a release of information regarding an arrest that took place on December 20th.
According to the statement, deputies with Texas County were dispatched to Dunn at County Line Road after a trespassing complaint was made. While en route to the area, law enforcement spotted the suspect vehicle, a Dodge truck, being driven away, and a traffic stop was performed. This occurred on MM Highway.
A records check was performed on the driver, identified as Justin Polson, 37 of Des Moines, IA, which revealed he had a revoked license. Further investigation also revealed stolen property from the area, as well as suspected meth and cocaine.
Polson was arrested, and Prosecuting Attorney Parke Stevens charged him with Felony 2nd Degree Burglary, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance x2, Felony Stealing, Felony Driving While Revoked, and Misdemeanor 1st Degree Trespassing.
Polson is being held in the Texas County Jail pending a $5,000 bond.
