Mindel Family Foundation member David Johnson, having moved to Missouri and learning of the organization’s mission, says, “My wife Nicole and I are happy to help The Chaos Closet be able to stock their shelves with new clothing, shoes and personal hygiene supplies for children who need them. It’s amazing how small things like wearing your own new pants and shirt can help lift someone’s spirits up and lets them focus on other things like school.”

The Mindel Family Foundation has awarded $340,000 in grants to charities around the world this year with $56,000 of that going to programs right here in Southern Missouri.

“This gracious donation from the Mindel Family Foundation will have a lasting impact in this community. This funding will be of tremendous aid as our organization grows and we transition into a larger space in order to fulfill more needs. From myself and the organization’s Board of Directors, we send a heartfelt Thank You to the Mindel Family Foundation for this gift.” says Chaos Closet Executive Director DeeDee Button.
