Think You’re Good At Cards? Baxter County Holding Texas Hold’em Tournament

Mountain Home, AR. – Do you think you are good at cards or at least decent at them? Head down to the Mountain Home Elks Lodge #1714 on Saturday, August 24, 2024, to take part in the Texas Hold’em Tournament. This tournament is held with the purpose of raising money for the Baxter County Library. 

All chips that are required to play will be provided for players at the event. Participants and attendees must be 21 years of age or older, with a valid ID required entry. Prizes for the winners will include Visa Gift Cards. $2,000 for 1st place, $1,000 for 2nd place, $600 for 3rd place, $300 for 4th place, and $250 for both 5th and 6th place. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the night, and there will be one prize for the individual for the best beat hand. This year’s dealer will be Stacey Havner.

Tickets for the event are now available at the Baxter County Library. Individual seats are priced at $100, and to purchase a table of 6 seats pay $500.
