Third Inmate Death Announced for South Central Correctional Facility This Month

Licking, MO. – Earlier this week, we published an article addressing the announcement of two more deaths at the South Central Correctional Facility in Licking, Missouri. On the evening of Wednesday, May 15th, it was announced a third death has occurred this month, with this individual being a 25-year-old man.

The death announced was for inmate Patrick Johnson, who was pronounced deceased at 8:20pm on the night of May 14th. Johnson was a 25-year-old man who was serving an 11-year sentence for 2 counts of 1st Degree Robbery, and 2 counts of Armed Criminal Action out of St. Louis County. Johnson’s initial reception into the Missouri Department of Corrections is listed as July 26th, 2017.
