Three local men sentenced to prison for Meth Charges

West Plains, Mo. – Three local men were sentenced to prison for methamphetamine related charges on December 21, 2022 in Douglas County. 

Rory L. Gardner, age 31 of Ava, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for possession of Methamphetamine after admitting to violating his probation. His original offense occurred in August 2019.

Dustin S. Pippin, age 31 of Squires, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Possession of Methamphetamine for an offense that occurred in March 2021. 

Charles D. Sanders, age 65 of Dora, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of Methamphetamine for a September 2022 offense. 

 All three of these offenders were investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.
