During this traffic stop, Deputy Weaver was called for assistance and K9 unit Ares was deployed. K9 Ares alerted to the presence of narcotics within the vehicle, which led to a probable cause search of the vehicle.

As a result of the K9 alert and the subsequent search, multiple bags of suspected methamphetamine were found and confiscated. The driver, who was identified as Jessica Freeman, admitted to the possession and was taken into custody shortly after.

Freeman is facing a felony charge of 2nd Degree Drug Trafficking, and bond was set at $25,000.
