Fulton County, AR. – Two men were arrested for felony counts of theft of property after they were caught stealing on video.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on May 21, 2024, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a residence after receiving a call about theft from a storage unit along U.S. Highway 62 East in Salem, Arkansas. Once they arrived, the storage unit owner showed the police a video of two males stealing property. These males were later identified as 46-year-old Floyd Galbraith and 60-year-old Kendall Tuller.
In the video, the two males pulled up in a Ford Ranger and grabbed a cement mixer that was sitting in front of the building for sale. After loading the cement mixer, Tuller backed the truck up to a small bumper pull trailer with a welder sitting on it. The suspects hooked the trailer up and left the property. According to the unit manager, the welder had a piece of paper taped on it that stated the welder was sold.
The deputies contacted Galbraith’s parole officer, who told the deputies he was overdue for a visit and would call him into the office. When Galbraith arrived the deputies recognized the Ford Ranger as the same one on the video. They approached the vehicle and saw Tuller sitting inside. Upon questioning, both Tuller and Galbraith stated they thought the items were left over from a yard sale and were free. Galbraith told the deputies of the location of the items. When they arrived at the stated location they were able to locate the trailer and the welder but the cement mixer was gone.
Galbraith and Tuller were both arrested and taken to the Fulton County Detention Center. Galbraith does have a past criminal record and is being held on a $5,000 bond. Tuller was released on a $5,000 bond.
