W.P. City Council to consider Southern Hills tax increase

Earlier this week, the West Plains City Council held its regular, monthly meeting. The meeting’s agenda including the first reading of a proposed CID tax increase in the  Southern Hills Shopping Center.

West Plains Economic Development Director David Bossemeyer explains that the proposal is on an existing tax, not a new tax:
