West Plains, MO. – Halloween is nearly here, and a person would be hard-pressed to not find something to do in the coming week and weekend. In this week’s West Plains Arts Alliance updates, Terry Hampton reminds us of the production at the Avenue Theatre as well as a musical event to take place at the West Plains Civic Center.
