West Plains, MO. – October is officially here, and we’re beginning that slippery slope of time that takes us all the way through the fall and through New Years. With all the event planning taking place, the West Plains Chamber of Commerce has announced the official date for this year’s Christmas Parade.
The official scheduled date is Saturday, December 14th. The parade theme has also been set, which is “The Sounds of Christmas”. Serving as the Grand Marshal this year is Rocky Long, who is currently serving as the Community Band Director for MSU-West Plains.

In addition, the Chamber has stated that entry forms for the parade will be made available on November 1st.
