The City of West Plains is getting a fresh new look, starting with its entrances. The first of three new “Welcome to West Plains” signs were installed yesterday along U.S. Highway 63 North, with the remaining two signs set to be placed soon.
The updated signage is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to enhance its appearance and make a positive first impression on visitors and residents alike.
The City would like to extend a special thank you to Facilities Manager Jay Martin and Electric Linemen Nick Osborne, Nick Landreth, and Tony Hutchinson for their hard work installing the first sign. Appreciation also goes out to Newberry Sales for designing and creating the new signs.
