West Plains, MO. – A West Plains man is looking at additional criminal charges after being found with drugs and a weapon while already having active felony charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol say that this arrest happened on Tuesday, May 12th at 5:28pm. Robert Halfacre, a 45-year-old West Plains man was taken into custody with charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to equip with an adequate muffler, failure to signal, no insurance, and no seat belt.

Halfacre was taken to the Howell County Jail on a 24-hour hold while his arrest was processed.
