West Plains, MO – Trooper A. Falterman with the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G responded to a one vehicle accident in Oregon county on the afternoon of July 13, 2021. At 3:05 pm Tuesday on M Highway, a southbound 2006 Ford F150 driven by Christy Hood, 46 of West Plains, had traveled off the right side, over-corrected and overturned. The vehicle was totaled.
Hood suffered moderate injuries and was airlifted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. Hood was not wearing a safety device.
