West Plains, MO. – Today is Veterans Day! The day is to honor and celebrate all the men and women who fought for our country in the past, present, and future. To celebrate these Veterans, the West Plains organizations and schools have put together different events, and if you can’t make it to them, you can still watch them!
Ozark Radio News will be live-streaming these events on our YouTube and Facebook pages. The first event will be the Veteran’s Breakfast and Appreciation Assembly which starts at 7:30 a.m. today at the West Plains High School Cafeteria. Anyone is welcome to attend.
We will also be live-streaming the Veteran’s Day Parade which starts at 11 am in front of People’s Park and ends at the West Plains Civic Center. This will be followed by a concert at 1 p.m.
